Training sessions should be tailored to challenge your body while having fun to accomplish your desired goals such as building muscle, losing body fat, getting ready for the beach or wedding, starting, or maintaining a healthy fit lifestyle.

RECOVERY

Recovery consists of sleep, rest days and rest periods. First, the right of amount sleep is critical for peak performance and health.  Second, rest days are needed depending on your training and fitness goals. Third, rest periods in between sets maintain intensity during workouts to maintain focus on heart health, building muscle, weight loss or all of the above.

Motivation and dedication is the force behind the fight: the glue that holds everything together and maintains focus on your desired fitness goals. You have to be motivated and dedicated to making healthy nutrition choices.
