   There are no one size fits all nutrition or fitness plans. Your plan will be customized to you. Upon your purchase of a plan, you will receive an information worksheet where we will ask about your lifestyle (habits, medical history, etc.) to assist with customizing your plan.  A welcome packet with fitness training and/or nutrition plan will come via email. $25 CUSTOMIZED MEAL PLANS

   Each personalized meal plan is based on desired muscle gain or fat loss. This plan assists with achieving fast results with your daily fitness program. Your plan will consist of a 4 week program.


$30 MILITARY STYLE TRAINING PLAN

   Ever notice an "in shape" military person who has never lifted weights in their life? Do you want that "in shape" physique? Then the Military style training plan is for you. No weights! This program includes what America's elite do to stay and look fit.


$40 8 WEEK FITNESS PROGRAM

   This customized program will help you shed body fat, build muscle, or tone your physique over a 8 week period. It will also teach you how to achieve positive nutrition choices and exercise habits.
